Families are invited to attend the Parents & Family Empowerment Expo on Friday, April 17, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel – Miami Airport & Convention Center. This free event connects families with education, health, and career resources and will feature a panel discussion with local Chiefs of Police and community leaders. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast provided.
